Every bag is roasted to order in small batches of 30 pounds or less. We ship within days of roasting. No sitting on shelves, no warehouse inventory. When you open the bag, you're getting coffee at peak freshness.

Whole bean gives you the freshest cup. Grind right before brewing and you'll taste the difference. Ground is pre-ground for drip and pour-over convenience. If you're not sure, go whole bean and use our Brewing Calculator to dial in your grind.

We work with single-origin farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, Sumatra, Honduras, and El Salvador. Every origin is chosen for quality and character. We prioritize regenerative farming practices and direct relationships.

First Watch is our light roast Colombian. Bright and clean. Resolve is our medium roast Ethiopian. Balanced with fruit-forward notes. Valor is our dark roast Sumatran. Bold, earthy, full-bodied. Special Reserve is our Black Honey processed El Salvador. Limited and seasonal.

Keep it sealed in the original bag at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Use within 4 to 6 weeks of the roast date for best flavor.

Our Freedom Enhancers line is dual-extracted from functional mushrooms: Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Maitake, and our 7-mushroom blend (Fortify). All grown and bottled in the USA.

One full dropper (about 1 mL) under the tongue or mixed into coffee, tea, or water. Take daily for best results. Most people notice effects within 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use.

Our tinctures are made from functional mushrooms with a long history of traditional use. They are not psychoactive. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right. Because our coffee is roasted to order, we can't accept returns on opened products. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days.

Our co-founder Jeremy Nalewak is a medically retired DoD contractor with overseas service experience. We use the term Forged Downrange because it accurately reflects his background. We do not use the designation "Veteran Owned" or "Veteran Founded" as a matter of accuracy and respect for those who have earned that title.
