Shipping Policy
At Freedom Forged Coffee Company, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping options, carriers, and policies.
U.S. Orders
- Carriers: Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
- Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically roasted, packaged, and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Canadian Orders
- Carriers: We ship to Canada via UPS Standard, which provides full tracking and reliable delivery.
- Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your order weight and destination.
- Duties & Taxes: Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST and import duties as determined by Canadian customs. These fees are not included in your checkout total and are collected by UPS upon delivery.
- Delivery Time: Typical delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location in Canada.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. As we grow, we hope to expand to additional countries.
Merchandise Orders
Merchandise (apparel, mugs, etc.) is fulfilled and shipped separately from our coffee and tinctures. If you purchase both, you will receive two separate shipments with their own tracking numbers and shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
