A natural-process medium roast from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The bean is dried inside the cherry, letting the fruit sugars soak into the seed before milling. The result is a fruit-forward cup. Bright berry up front, juicy body through the middle, and an earthy finish that grounds the whole thing.

Whole Bean: Grind medium-fine for pour-over or medium-coarse for French press.

Ground: Excellent for drip machines, pour-over, or AeroPress.

Ratio: 1 to 2 Tbsp per 6 oz of water, adjust to taste.

Tip: Drink it black. Natural-process Ethiopians lose their complexity when you add cream or sugar. Let the cup speak.
